EC President Picks New Digital Agenda Commissioner
28 November 2009Yesterday, European president José Manuel Barroso unveiled his new team for the next four years. ICT and Telecoms – the so-called Digital Agenda – will be in the hands of current Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes.
